Returns Information

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below, you’ll find all the necessary information regarding returns and refunds when shopping with aXo Artist & Designer.

How to Request a Return

  • If you are located within the UK and wish to return an item due to incorrect size or a change of mind, you must first request a Return Authorization (RWA) by emailing us at hello@artist-xo.com, quoting your order number.
  • All returns should be sent back in the original box or equivalent secure packaging, and items must be returned in good condition, including any documentation enclosed at delivery.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns for non-faulty items. Purchases made outside the UK are non-refundable unless the goods are deemed defective or incorrectly supplied. In the event of faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a resolution.

Important Notes about Returns

  • If returning an item, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • You have the statutory right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund, as long as the item has not been used or excessively handled.
  • For custom-made or personalized items, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or substandard.
  • Refunds are issued for items returned in acceptable condition, excluding delivery charges unless the item is faulty.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt and approval of the return. The refunded amount will exclude original delivery costs unless the goods were faulty.
