The terms ‘Artist XO is a trading company of Seven Mice Ltd’, 'aXo Artist & Designer,’ ‘us,’ or ‘we’ refer to the owner of the website. Please note that "artist-xo" is a trading name of Seven Mice Ltd.
The term ‘you’ refers to the user or visitor of this website.
Return and Refund Policies
All returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- You have the statutory right to cancel your purchase and return goods within 14 calendar days of receipt for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
- For all UK-based returns due to size issues or change of mind, you are required to first request a Return Authorisation (RWA) by emailing us at hello@artist-xo.com.
- All items must be returned with their original packaging or suitably secure equivalent packaging.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless the product is deemed faulty or substandard.
- Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
- If an item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. The refund will include the delivery cost and any associated return shipping fees.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK may not return items unless they are faulty or incorrect. In such cases, please contact our team at hello@artist-xo.com within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a resolution. Customers are responsible for return postage fees for non-UK items.
Refund and Processing Times
Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued through the original payment method used for purchase.
Delivery Terms
To ensure transparency and consistency, the following conditions apply to all deliveries:
- All orders require full payment upfront. Once payment is confirmed, processing begins.
- Delivery times may vary and are dependent on the availability of goods, destination, and courier processing times.
- Standard processing and handling times range from 3 to 7 business days prior to dispatch.
- All deliveries are sent using a tracked and signed-for service to ensure security. In the event that a parcel is returned undelivered, the customer must arrange and pay for re-delivery.
- While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to return faulty goods or cancel orders under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) or other applicable laws.
