
Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail and DPD for our delivery, and we take pride in our quality and service.
We ensure every item that leaves is of the highest quality and use boxes to ensure the item arrives with you in the same condition.
I do appreciate shipping is an additional cost, and we do try and keep the costs down as much as possible. We also look for more cost-effective alternatives whilst maintaining quality, and reliability.
It's important that when ordering a limited-edition product that you’re aware of the delivery timeframe, especially as these are made to order and made to last.
The order process consists of the following steps:
- Order: Choose your limited-edition product from the collection.
- Payment: Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely via PayPal.
- Manufacture: Once your order is placed, we source the blank product and, if required, the limited-edition print. Typically, we keep the design in stock. The product is then meticulously manufactured, combining the blank item with the print. After production, the item undergoes thorough quality control, personally inspected by the designer, and is then carefully packaged for shipping.
- Delivery: A collection is scheduled with either Royal Mail or DPD, and the shipment is sent as a signed-for service for added security.
- Confirmation: Once the courier confirms delivery, your order is marked as complete.
Delivery times vary based on the destination, quantity, and availability of the base product (T-Shirt, Hoodie, Mouse Mat, Mug etc). We aim to deliver within 10 days.
